Nicholson stinks at rebounding and defending, but he needs NBA game time to get better and prepare himself to improve. I'm a believer in Harkless, but I don't blame Vaughn for slashing his minutes. He's just been really really bad this year. No offensive game whatsoever and he is struggling to learn rotations on defense. The athleticism is there though, he just needs molding.
