Stu Bronsilino 313 Report post Posted July 10, 2012 Ken Berger @KBergCBSAs far as Magic, they've never stopped negotiating with other teams and are not under the impression that Cleveland is out for good.
Franchero MVP 391 Report post Posted July 10, 2012 Why don't they just do the same thing except with Dwight who is 50 times better than Bynum, drama is a stupid reason to trade a Top 2 player in the league when he has to sacrifice 30 million to go to another team at the end of next season. Stu Bronsilino 313 Report post Posted July 10, 2012 Ken Berger @KBergCBSBut in a fluid situation, Nets have been operating under the assumption since yesterday that Cleveland won't help them complete trade. Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBAThe Nets have been negotiating an extension with Brook Lopez and could ultimately complete the deal in the next 48 hours, sources say. BrokenThree 10 Report post Posted July 10, 2012 Did the Nets and Dwight's camp really thought that if they said out loud that the deal was nearly complete to many times it was actually going to happen?
Hanaway 15 Report post Posted July 10, 2012 Hopefully just signing him and not trading him to us. If this deal is going down Brooklyn has to sign Brook with a Sign & Trade contract. They can't just sign Brook, wait a few days, and then trade his contract to Orlando. If Woj says "deal could be done in 48 hours" that means they would have to sign Brook to a s&t contract and trade him right away.
