Yup the trade got reneged. All over the net. A lot of conspiracy theorists. Stern reneged for fear of making the NBA a part of the conspiracy. I guess the NBA owns the Hornets? How is that? Owners are upset that the "NBA" conveniently allowed "the team's best player to the league's biggest team."

Good job, NBA. You literally saved the Lakers and the NBA from a total meltdown of people feeling like their small market team was going to be bullied into making a trade with Los Angeles. I can tell you this...I feel the Clippers or GSW are now the two teams with the highest chance of landing him and you know what...good for them. I want these other teams to have the opportunity to shine.

I totally want the deal to go through because it minimizes any chance of Dwight going there. If the Lakers try and trade for Dwight, that better get vetoed also.
