Btw, Why don't they use the whole name in Spanish like "La Magia", "Los Laguneros", etc.

At the the pronoun is not necessary. It would be like "Magia" - Magic, "Laguneros - Lakers (this sounds lame in Spanish)", "Espuelas" - Spurs, "Toros" - Bulls, "Soles" - Suns, "Calor" - Heat (This is super lame in Spanish.. lol)

 

In America, all Spanish translations are simplified by taking the English word, adding an "El" to the beginning, and adding an "o" to the end. And we call it Mexican, not Spanish.
