Orlando Pinstripes has provided information that states the team is more productive with Gil on the floor than not!

 

I like his ability to change the game at times, but that is what I think he is best suited for on this team. Also, when Gil is in the game, it is when the opposing teams 2nd unit is in the game, in many cases to this point!

I don't know if I'd want to change it up. I think Gil would do a great job, but I don't think Jameer can be as productive off the bench. Basically, +3 for the starting lineup, -5 for the bench is still a net -2 for the team as a whole. In the end, I'll respect SVG decision. He understands his players abilities and limitations better than any of us.
