Optimist Prime 197 Report post Posted September 11, 2010 I am currently reading one piece and bleach as they come out; but, im not a big naruto fan. im watching the death note anime, though I've already finished the manga. I am also watching Dragon Ball Kai, which is an edited version of dbz without the fillers or five-minute power-up staring contests. My favorite anime movie is probably Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. Im more into the animes then the manga. I guess I can recommend what I seen and liked. Fullmetal Alchemist (haven't seen brotherhood but its still the same story) Claymore Hajime no Ippo Paprika the Movie (amazing art and story if you like to think of course) Haven't seen but are highly recommended. Optimist Prime 197 Report post Posted September 12, 2010 paprika was an ok movie, but it was more creepy for me than mind-blowing. the dragonball franchise will always have a special place in my heart. the first series was a little too perverted for me, but i loved the budokai fights before it was all ki beams between only two or three real contenders (though the final piccolo dameo v goku fight was like that [but more physical]). my favorite saga overall was the cell saga, but i think vegeta was probably my fav final villain. i really got annoyed with the buu saga, i think they were really reaching with a lot of it and i feel like gohan should have played a bigger role. too bad he became a scholar instead of a fighter. you guys should check out db kai. gt doesnt exist to me.
