Don't take this the wrong way, but I'm not so sure about "Oopsy Scoopsy" as your brand name. Of course, you could let the end product speak for itself. Your name is like a first impression, along with the look of the shop - IMO, I would choose the most marketable and professional name possible. Just make sure everyone responsible is cool with the name, because it is hard to change once your cash flow gets going. But hey, this is just my opinion, do with it what you want.
