Miller4Prez64 1 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 I'm not going to complain. Didn't see it coming, but he's got potential. Let's see if Otis actually keeps him.
dreamingincolors 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 My goodness Debonair, he haven't even played a game yet, give him sometime. At least wait until we see what happens in summer league or maybe the first 10 games of the season.

orlmgc4ever 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Based on potential, Orton is top 10. Everyone was scared off by the knee injury. Combine that with the limited minutes behind DeMarcus Cousins, and we haven't even begun to see how good this kid could be. This definitely is a signal though: Gortat is gone by the beginning of the season.

JT Jag 4 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Orton is a guy who has the tools to develop into a 4 in the NBA, unlike a guy like Whiteside who is a pure C in every way and would be wasted with Dwight on the team.
Penny Hardaway's Ghost 260 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 out of curiosity, why not take Alabi instead? I don't think Orton's upside is really that great compared to what Alabi offers...idk.
