billy going after fl players

I was thinking about billy going after fl player to fit his system.

 

What players would you go after and why?

 

I like Brewer.

 

If we signed lewis. I would package a trade of (but not all) of turk, bogans, arroyo (because of cap space, dont want to get bombed by his super fans) or diener. we could give up our second rounders to get brewer.

 

But what do you think?

I was wondering the same thing - not about Brewer, just Florida players in general. But from what I've read, it doesn't sound like a trade up that high is possible. I'm not too familiar with the Gator players - was Corey Brewer the pointguard?

I like Brewer alot but there is no chance of us getting him. He is a top 10 pick and Otis has a better chance of robbing Fort Knox with a pellet gun than he does moving that far up in the draft. I will be very pleasantly surprised if he manages to move up into the first round at all.

dude if we got corey brewer I would go insane.. I love the guy and argue to say he one of the most for sure players in the draft. Im a huge Gator fan and this guy was the best player on the court every game. Just his defense could make him a top 15 pick, he shut down every guy the tournment. But seriously no chance we get him maybe humphrey in free agency the guy that shoots all the 3's or maybe tauren green since we have 3 2nd round picks.

Get Chris Richard with a 2nd round pick. That's really the only guy from the Gators that I think would work well for us and possibly be available. We don't really need Taurean Green with all the PGs we have.

What are the Heights,and weights,of these gys?Is chris Richards a pf.or c? What were there per game avg. last season? Gator Fans help?

Chris was the SEC 6th man of the year. He was a F/C, 6'9", 255 lbs. He shot 69% from the field and averaged 6.2 ppg (18.4 minutes per game). The starters averaged 10-13 ppg, but got 10+ minutes per game than he did.

 

Btw, he's from Lakeland so he's local.

I dont just say a second round pick. I said a combo of second rounders and a player or two like turk and/or arroyo/bogans...
