they wont dont be stupid. If we were the top team in the east, he could have, but seeing as Boston is first, they'll prolly vote Rayray or Rondo in. Seeing as Hawks are making a surprising push they'll prolly vote JJ in.

There is absolutely no chance Carter isn't in the All-Star game if he remains healthy and our team keeps at least the second best record in the East. The best offensive player on the second best team is getting in everytime.

So, in other words, AI received votes when his name appeared on the Western Conference ballots, and those votes were added to any votes he received after he joined the 76ers. Therefore, that gave him a leg up on other guards in the east.
