well you saw what having rashard at the pf spot did to us in the finals and through the playoffs....people need to get it through their heads that we will not beat the celtics/lakers/spurs etc. with a unconventional lineup all the time....we need the ability to go big.....if we keep rashard at the pf we'll win alot games make the playoffs and just get disappointed again.....we need a big to help dwight that can guard kg, duncan, gasol,rasheed,etc....we saw what happens when you play a team like the lakers who have a dominant pf like gasol.....we can't win a title unless we get someone to at least slow down these elite pf's...period

Yeah we do need the ability to change the lineups but not as a starter. I think if we sign Bass or Dice they would probably come off the bench. We need more versatility, we outplayed the Lakers when Gasol/Bynum were on the floor. We actually had more problems when Odom came in and Shard could not guard him. Just like vs Philly with Thaddeus Young. Shard is not really going to defend well anywhere, but is better in the post than on the perimeter.

dwight/bass(mcdyees)

 

looks pretty sick to me

 

and SA lineup would be:

 

parker/vaughn

manu/finley

rj/udoka

duncan/blair

gortat/oberto

 

pretty sick starting five but they really need to shore up their depth lolz. makes them the ring chaser's favorite destination though. and they would probably give the lakers a tough time which im all for.
