I think that stuff got overblown. KD left because he couldn't win a title in the West with just he and westbrook. PG signed long term to play there with him. Leonard and playing back home in LA is the only reason he ok'd the trade.

We did the last 7 years and look what it got us... You win championships in the NBA through trades and free agency. It's the complete opposite of the NFL. Building like Golden State is like catching lightning 3 times in a row in the same bottle. It's so rare and even they brought in the biggest FA prize 3 years ago to win their last 2 titles.

I guess we'll just have to disagree. Playing the lottery game year in and year out is a dangerous game that has bitten us over the last decade. At least we'd be willing to take a chance on a guy that's a top tier talent with hopes that another all star would be wanting to come join while the East is ripe for the picking. We would instantly become a contender

Anyone who doesn't think our franchise gets better acquiring a talent like him not just for his skills, but for what talent he would attract to come play with him, is missing the point altogether.

We should do everything in our power to try and snag Westbrook regardless of what it costs. Take on gallinari’s contract for a year to help them unload, then clear a little bit more space for a max contract next summer. The East is wide open and we’ve been rebuilding for too long through the draft while other teams make moves to compete right away

I think there were some questionable calls in game 4 and 5 that went against us. Ibaka and Gasol got away with moving screens all series long, but they finally called a few last night. Too bad we were so awful that it didn't matter

I agree but Toronto made us look like a scrub team other than game 1. Their D is beyond suffocating

I disagree completely. Toronto will not lose a 7 game series to anybody in the east if they hit 3s like this. Way too much defensive talent and scoring
