Rumor is there is a possibilty for a S@T for him to either a west team, or a Eastern team supposidly towards the top. Doubt the magic though, managment is to cheap.

I know I'm not the only one who's excited to see what Marcin Gortat can do this year.

I think he's a really good fit for what we need for about 10-12 minutes a game.

 

He's not scared to bang. He's got a good body and can rebound and put back in some trash.

 

If he can give us 8 and 6 or so, we'll be way better than last year.

J Smooth would be ideal.

 

He's still not a true PF but he averages 8 boards and can D up well.

 

HE'd be a major upgrade at the 4 over shard and would allow shard to dominate at the 3.

 

Can shoot to open up for Dwight, can D up well, very well, would provide us with 3 blocks a game, foul shots at the line and a multi possie defender.

 

Bring Gortat off the bench will allow us to go big as well and with battie too.

hypothetically speaking, who would you give up in a S&T for josh smith? i assume it revolves around turk...thoughts?

 

i personally wouldnt mind having him, but we would be giving up a lot to get him. and i dont think ATL wants to see him 4 times a year to tell you the truth...
