i dont know if this is considered off topic or not, so feel free to move it if necessary.

 

i have been watching nbatv for reruns of various summer league games. i have been focusing on memphis(for obvious reasons)and they happened to be playing LAL. long story short, there is this guy on LAL that just blew me away.

 

his name is Nik Caner-Medley.

let me just say that his summer league stats dont do him any justice. the first thing i want you guys to understand about him, is that he was by far the best jumper on the court-for both teams. i dont want to sound racist or anything, but i havent seen a white guy jump like him before...apparently joe alexander is a fantastic jumper, but i havent seen it. on back to back plays, he jumped over two memphis guy's...once to throw it down and shove his junk in arthurs' face, and the other time to block a mayo fast break dunk...with his elbow and nearly grazing the rim with his head. there was a foul called before the play could be completed, so unfortunately it didnt count in the books, but it had the crowd roaring. he hustles in the right way, always involved. hes a lefty big also. and he was MVP in spain's top pro league last season. has a good shooter from the top of the key too...he reminds me of a more athletic horace grant. if you get a chance, check him out.

it wouldnt be bad to attain his rights. i like his size. especially if the critt-keeper doesnt work out.
