Dwight ...World Games or not...Commitment ?

Recommended Posts

Ignorant question from an ingnorant guy: can't he do both?

International experience can be very valuable, specially playing with EXCELLENT players around him. He can learn tons of things in those practices and games.

On the other hand, he must work on his own as well.

Why both options aren't possible?

He made the committment. He is a COWARD if he doesnt go. People are dying for the country now and he doesnt go because of injury risk or to work on his game. If he does this the country should be in an uprise. Its pure COWARDLY.

Now is that comment really necessary? Why can't you just state your opinion without being insulting?

The only thing that I'm concerned with is Dwight wearing himself out. If he plays this summer it will be 2 and a half years of straight basketball without a break. I don't care how young you are that will take a toll. On the other hand he can only get better from playing with coach K. If his minutes are somewhat limited like last summer than I am ok with it.

Ummm, he played pretty well in the World Championships. His minutes were limited so its hard to say how well he could have done. Why do you ask?
