My question is why Otis the one who has to say these things and not Brian Hill. It is just me or does Otis often seem to be working two jobs trying to cover Brian's poor people management skills?

 

We went out and loaded up a team full of "Nice" guys, they get along, and don't cause trouble. But sometimes you need a few high intensity types on the team to get after people when they are lagging.
