Recommended Posts

He basically says that he is very happy about his new role on the team as a starter and thankful for the opportunity, but he says that his priority is to win. He also says that he cant take all the credit for his good performance, that the starters make his game that much easier because the shooter allow him to create more plays for dwight

Yeah he really seems to care, in one part he said that he is really disappointed and upset that they lost the game with him in the game running the offense.

lets educate people here a little carlos arroyo is a allstar caliber player seen he came to the nba even joe dumars said it at one point.carlos problems is that sometimes he got a big mouth if we go back when he was under jerry sloan.but what his trying to show here is that he changed and he wants an opportunity.and if he gets it trust me he will be on the allstar game next year guaranteed

There is another article in Primera Hora that basically says the following:

The Primera Hora article says that when Nelson's and Arroyo's stats are compared, Arroyo greatly outperforms Nelson. For example, they say that if you take into consideration the 7 games that Arroyo has started plus the games where he has played 24 minutes or more the compared stats are as follow:

Nelson:11.1pts, 6.1 assits, 3.9 rebounds, 2.7 TO's

Arroyo:13.1 pts, 7.1 assits, 3.3 rebounds, 0.8 TO's.

Nelson"s assist/TO ratio is 2.2

Arroyo's assist/TO ratio is 8.9

The article says that the difference in assist/To effectiveness between both players is from Earth to the Moon. The article continues to say that as long that Arroyo keeps playing with consistency no way he is going back to the bench.
