Ok, so I didn't watch last game but I heard Dedmon played pretty well. I don't think he's a huge difference maker either, but if he just played so well, why isn't he playing tonight?

It really is hard to understand. He plays Dedmon in almost the whole second half of the last game, and the Magic defense holds them to under 40 points in that half. Vaughn wants defense, right?

 

So tonight he builds on that by not putting Dedmon in at all. And Milwaukee scores 28 in the first quarter.

 

It just doesn't seem to make any sense. The better you play one game, the less you play the next.

Yeah it's a head scratcher. He needs to be fired tonight honestly; you can't keep getting blown out every game and then gain a little traction at the end to make the score difference look respectable. We've been getting severely outplayed almost every night, even with 2 days rest.

 

Tough situation for Rob. I don't envy him.
