GAMETHREAD: ORLANDO @ Memphis

Recommended Posts

Well, that was fun while it lasted. Gordon brings a contagious energy when he is in, him and Payton seem to feed off one another. It will be nice when his minute restriction is gone.

Problem is that idiot Vaughn brings him in when were down 12. Always a step late.

He can only play 20 ish minutes. You want to use them all in the first half?

If it means were not down 20 by the half, maybe.

It's gonna be a struggle trying to get us back when were down big, especially against a gritty team. I want to try to minimize that. Something needs to keep us in the game.

Isn't that just delaying the inevitable

in a way...yes. Being down by 20 by the half is likely gonna cause us to succumb to defeat.

maybe we can rally in the second half if we arent already being killed.

im just throwing out ideas. i really dont know what to do with this team. and neither does vaughn apparently.

I 61 points with three minutes left first half. No wonder Memphis is clowning around. Have they had a very few lucky shots? Yes. Have most of their shots just been very poorly defended open looks? Also yes.
