After Hollinger left ESPN to go work for the Grizzlies, they hired Pelton to meet their one-man quota of "stat guys."

 

Also he's a big proponent of WARP which is much better when applied to nba players and not one and done college players.

I've never really understood how the +/- thing even works. I've apparently been over may daily allotment of both since sometime in 2012.

 

At least we can all take solace in the fact that entire +/- system is utterly pointless.
