To those who list LeBron at #1, consider this:

If one were to swap Lebron with Dwight on the Heat's roster, do you think they would have more success?

Chalmers - Wade - Lebron - Bosh - Anthony

or

Chalmers - Wade - Miller - Bosh - Howard

IMO, Howard would positively impact the team more than LeBron, resulting in more wins, and a championship. Do we value a player on how many stats someone can put up, or on value to a team?

NOT saying that statistically LeBron is superior than Dwight because Dwight has the capability of putting up double digit numbers in points, rebounds, and BLOCKS.

I don't think that's a valid argument. It all has to do with each player's style and how well they mesh with the rest of the lineup.

Agreed. The Heat already have an elite wing and lack a physical presence down low, so of course they'd be better with Dwight than LeBron. Flawed argument.

All I know is a guy who is second banana on his own team can't be first banana in the league. It's like the Tim Tebow debate when someone says he's the best college player ever, he wasn't even the best Gator. Percy Harvin was seriously underrated.
