i watched the whole video and it was hard to tell much. i will say i was disappointed in the intensity level. howard laughing and bricking ft's does not show much leadership. oh well. it was the end of the first day.

I don't remember VC hitting a 3. I thought that one at the end was VC but I think it was actually Q-Rich.

1. Our starters are better than our backups.

 

2. Brandon Bass doesn't do friendly scrimmages.
