The CBA has a provision where the league CAN nullify trades that don't break a specific rule if they feel the CBA is being deliberately circumvented.

 

If we were to merely do 3 one for one trades with 3m changing hands in each one, they'd likely nullify them, or demand it be made into one large scale trade.
