I can't blame anybody for thinking the Celtics will win this series. We've been steamrolling through the playoffs, playing our best ball. They just came off of beating the team with the best record in the NBA pretty convincingly (as in, it was no fluke). They come in to our place and demolish us other than a 4th quarter run that came up short. After 1 game, I think it's fair for people to have the opinion that Boston will win the series.

However, that doesn't mean it will happen. The Magic just played a poor game. Shots weren't falling (contested or not, more of those shots will fall in the future games) and there were a ton of unforced turnovers (some forced as well). Boston deserves credit. Every single game prior to game 1 means nothing. People can only go off what they saw in game 1. Winning game 2 is the only option going forward for Orlando if they want to possibly change people's perspective and have a chance to advance to the NBA Finals. Proving people wrong is always fun, and Orlando has a chance to once again do that. I believe they can. Whether they will is yet to be seen.

it is outrageous, but not at all surprising.

kenny had already picked us to lose this series anyway. game 1 obviously made him a bit more confident in his prediction.

imo, we don't need dwight to score anywhere near 30 to beat this team. _not_ turning the ball over 7 times should be enough as it is.

Leaving Howard on an island with wallace is just asking for more turnovers.

look more closely on how these turnovers happen. don't just stare at 18 turnovers and think it's random. howard is clearly uncomfortable down low.
