East: Al Horford Chris Bosh Paul Pierce Gerald Wallace Joe Johnson Rajon Rondo Derrick Rose West: Zach Randolph Kevin Durant Dirk Nowitzki Pau Gasol Chris Paul Deron Williams Brandon Roy My only complaint would be Horford getting the nod over Lopez or David Lee.
