We just word not too long ago that Dwight Howard earned his second consecutive Player of the Week award and fourth for the season.

i wonder how many of these he has, and if it's like the 'citizenship' award from elementary school for him.

Congrats, I see him finishing 4th in MVP - James, Kobe, Wade, Howard. Not too shabby, it's too bad that scoring is everything with this award. I wonder if it would be any different if Orlando was the 1 seed, I doubt it.

If Orlando was the 1 seed, Howard would probably be the favorite. MVP has been almost exclusively the best player on the best team lately.

not even if the Magic were #1 , would they have howard in the MVP race... its really about scoring rather than all around player...

I'm just glad that Dwight has gotten the best of all three of em this season, and I'm hoping Dwight can get the finals MVP, because that's when you know you're the best player on the best team.
