You can’t really compare the East with the West. They are going to win in the East for sure. I can see them competing with Cleveland and Boston. i dont think Detroit is done. They are trying to shop Jackson since Ish has been playing very well for them. Lets see what happens in the next couple of days. Stan will love to have Fournier and Payton but I just dont see how we can take Jackson’s salary without any other compensation. Maybe a package of Jackson, Tolliver, Kennard and a future first for Fournier and DJ.

It is funny how people keep calling this trade a bad overall trade for both sides. I, personally, think it was a wise move by Detroit. Detroit is no a city that will attract any free agents if you have no talent. Blake is someone that can and will do that for a franchise. I am not sure if Drummonds will stay there for long if they dont do well in the playoffs. LA was not doing well been over the cap and with Blake and Deandre as their main pieces. But I dont think they are in tanking mode. I dont see their ownership considering that option. I think they will continue to make moves to remain competitive. Tobias is not Lebron but he is surely a nice piece to have. Lets just wait and see how things goes over the next couple of weeks and see what happens. They now have 2 first round picks they can use to trade if needed for better talent or just keep them to select decent talent to help them next year.

The same thing people said about Oladipo and Sabonis when PG was traded to OKC. Players can excel in different environments. I agree; it was a move to get out of the salary nightmare they were but it was,by no mean a dump. I think Tobias is a very good player and has been playing very well for Detroit this year. Avery has been injured and is an expiring so he clearly will not be playing a factor for them in the future.

I will not call it starting the process. I mean, They are still trying to keep a very competitive roster. Tobias and Avery are very good players and They are also acumulating picks for this year draft. They can get better in just 2-3 years easily.

You know what I miss the most? Not Harris, Not Dipo( well.. maybe a little) but Stan! Imagine him as our GM/coach at this point making moves like this for our organization. not to mention those entertaining interviews after the games and during practices. I cant forget that time he was doing some of those dribbling techniques. Priceless.

What I get from that is that he will never play for Houston now.

I agree. If he doesnt bring any picks back then I will rather keep him and try again next year. He might be more valuable next year, who knows. I dont mind Luke But I dont like Stanley at all. I just dont see what their roles will be with Isaac, Ross, Simmons and Iwundu playing for those minutes as well.

Do you know that Fournier is only 25? He is still in his prime. I rather have either cap space and or picks than just more future rotational quality players just because they are young.

I will not do it for Orlando, unless picks are included. Also, I dont see Detroit doing it either. They will not just give away Luke and bradley away for just Fournier. But, if they do, why just dont trade Luke and Bradley for Fournier and keep OKC out of it?

They have their first round pick. That is valuable. They are currently 6th kn the west. They can easely miss the playoff without Cousin. I take Asik and their first for Vuc. Not sure if they will do it though. I think Drummonds or PG deserve that all star spot.

Eh. I have not seen anything exciting about him yet. He reminds me a lot of Deandre Higgins. He will be likely be 10-12 roster guy Unless he improves his 3 point shooting.

Uff!!!! Never though of that! It could be! Issue with the bicep muscle and tendon?. Inserts into the anterior aspect of the shoulder and crosses the elbow joint. The Bicep muscle is a stronger supinator and can affect the elbow rotation and extension. In other words, if there is an issue with that muscle you will not be able to raise and rotate forearm above shoulder level.

There is a big gray area there. It is truly not clear. Someone wrote an article years ago in regards of college basketball players and prevalence of PED usage. They mentioned 2/3 of them do use some level of PED. According to the article Bill Simmons wrote after the miraculous recover Ray Lewis. NBA players are only tested four times during the course of the season. The fourth time can be anytime between October and June. So guess what, after that fourth time happens in...let's say April to be fair, I am going to assume most players start juicing up. Maybe he was on PED’s before and now he could be just trying to clean up and is really affecting him. Again, I am just been noisy. There is a 90% chance I am off here. It’s just that any of this “injury” making any sense to me.

I think there has to be something else attached to this story. I dont buy the fact he is truly this injured. Maybe he took some enhancing drugs and they dont want him to be tested or maybe they are trying not to take to much attention on simmons rookie year performance. Who knows. But dont you find it weird that there are videos leaked of him shooting the ball on closed door practices? Who is leaking the videos? Why are they allowing for this to happen? On multiple times.

Yes. Because sometimes is not a problem in any of the rotator cuff muscles but the nerve that innervate those mucles( suprascapular nerve). In other words, you can rehab the rotator cuff muscle all you want but if you dont correct the scapular dysfunction then the impingment will continue and the muscle will get even weaker. It is not that simple.
