This is what I think. Jameer likely(im sure he has) has heard rumors of been likely traded. He is likely selling himself low. He does not want to go. He is just dont want to play well. You don't suffer a concussion from a ***** slap. He just want to stay in the sideline.. Now, next year when his contract is due, he will play his ass out. Very sad.

What if Tim Duncan signed with the magic instead resigning with the Spurs. What if grant hill never got injured. What if billy donovan is our current coach. What if tracy stayed and played next to dwight. What if Fran grows a few cojones. What if jameer is 3 inches taller. What if charles barkley is our GM What if Stan shave his mustache What if Devous is 20 years younger? Mmm.... Most of this are just made up and dont make sense :)

I agree that the chemistry is not there and Dwight is at fault. But they just don't have any other choice than to fix it. Hire a motivational speaker or bring Steve Kerr and hire him as the "assistant GM".

I just can' give up yet.. Heck NO!! We are better than this. The last 3 losses should have been easy wins for us. We have the talent just not the desire or should I say MOTIVATION. We are lacking of leaders. Stan needs to start being himself again and stop with the soft behavior. It reminds me of Winnie the poo. Mark price should stop falling asleep on the games and should start practicing more with Dwight's FT's. Dwight needs to be more of a leader and jameer needs to man-up. I still think jameer can take us to the next leve if he put his mind to it. Hedo needs to play less minutes. He looks fatigue. We should give some of those minutes to earl and Q rich. These two guys can hustle for 5-10 minutes a game. Big baby needs to understand his role and stop playing for the refs. Every time he goes to the rim, he goes for the foul and not the basket. J rich needs to get to the gym earlier and practice his shots for at least one hr prior each game. JJ and Ryan are doing exactly what we want from them. Duhon needs to show more desire. I don't think he cares much. He is overweight and out of shape. All I ask for him is more defense. I think if we adjust a few things we can still be top 3. We are only 4 games behind Chicago and Miami. Let's start tomorrow....

Getting out of control. I just don,t think Stan have control of the team anymore. Hedo is back to the level he was last year. J-rich and jameer has regress. Big Baby is just plain bad. Dwight can't make a free throw and duhon is just duhon. Most of the teams have been able to figure out how to defeat us. And that is by pressuring the ball. Our point guards are not capable to take that pressure. I just don't know how we can get better without an immediate trade.

I mentioned way back about the rumor i heard about New York and Orlando discussing a trade involving dwight. Again, that was a rumor from someone close but no names were mentioned. However, MY ASSUMPTION was that both amare and Tyson where involved and either hedo or Duhon and Qrich was included. I dont know if that was true or not, but hearing it lately again makes me think that they are still in talks. The latest thing was the nash discussion and interest in Ryan. Again, you all have seen it lately reported so it is nothing new. Other than that, I know nothing Someone also mentioned that Chicago was interested in Ryno. I don't know what might be of interest there unless they want to get rid of Carlos. Apparently boozer and Noah are not getting along well. If they send boozer and Cj watson for Hedo, Orton and Anderson would you consider that? Boozer was another player that Dwight wanted here.

He wants the ball to either drive or shoot the ball. Big baby also likes to shoot the ball and it is failing big time. Dwight wants the ball and if there is no double coverage, he will ended going to the basket. Jameer is not doing much other that passing it to Hedo. Listen, The magic have a history with the refs... Dwight have a history with the refs.. However, I dont think they can make you win or loose a game unless the game is very close. I dont think that the humiliation we received from Boston x2 and NO is the refs fault. We are just playing bad.. shooting 3?% from the field is not going to help. We are at fault.

Dwight alreade made his mind. He loves the city but he wants just to move on to a bigger market. Otis is just not allowing him to bully the organization with his trade request and would not allow him to detemine where to go. THere is sooo much going on inside ther organization that we truly don't know. Firing Otis right now will not change anything other that likely going backwards on the probable trades that are already on the table. OTIS is not making any major decisions at the moment. He is only the messenger. I don't think the organization will do anything yet on that matter as long as D12 is playing for us. I rather make adjustment in our roster that just firing OTIS or Stan. and I dislike otis as much as you do.

You just can't move on yet. There is still a lot work to do. I don't think will be a smart move to do it now unless Dwight is traded first. If Dwight is traded, then he as good as gone.

Ohhh I agree with you.. Is just that is not the right time for him to go. Again, He is as good as gone by the end of the season, unless somehow he manage to pull a heck of a trade and improve our roster enough to convince D12 to stay. Either way is a win win situation for us MAGIC FANS.

IDK. I rather have Barea. He is a proven winner. He was the main reason why dallas won the championship. He, soley, took care of the Lakers and the heat. We need this type of player here. Ridnour is good but I don't see his play improve us much. We really need something different at the PG. Barea with D12 picks will be highlight over highlights. He is truly fast. Don't really care for Beasley. He is just as smart as Bass. I will take him only if we can get rid of Duhon. Dwight will approve this message.

Eventhough I wan OTIS FIRE ASAP as you do, we really need to wait until the offseason. It is not fair to bring another GM and have him deal with D12 saga.(UNLESS IS CHARLES BARKLEY). I am sure he already have several trades in hand. He is just basically waiting until the deadline. J-rich might be the reason.
