I have to agree with you here...I'm not as excited as I was prior the draft but I have to move on and trust our management..There has to be a reason as to why they are clearing so much cap space.. Can't wait until free agency starts! Let's get excited again! Let's bring Bledsoe!

I don't mind our draftees but I wanted a combination of smart/exum with saric. I hate the fact that we gave a future first on this draft to move up 2 spaces. I hate afflalo trade..Fournier is a decent piece and will likely had been a top 15 pick on this draft but he is just a bench role player on our team. We are too young! Honestly, I think we regress here as a team. Last year team was better. This is my honest opinion. I still like the potential on the team..but I hate to continue using the "potential" on this team..I am tired of living the future..I want to live the present and I want to compete now. What is going to happen when all this 20, 21 and 22 year old guys become free agents at the same time? We can't afford all. Hopefully we sign a good offensive vet. In free agency. We have to.. Don't want to be another lottery team next year.. I love this team and I want to see them win. Letting afflalo go like that really worries me a bit.

not sure if they can..they need to clear space to sign a max deal with Lebron. Also, my understanding on any deal is that you send and get equal value contracts in order for it to work. I don't think they can take afflalo and not send anything our way. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Remember, that Afflalo only has one year left before becoming a free agent. There is not guarantee that he will stay in Cleveland after this year. So to sweet the deal you have to include the #12 pick. So.. in reality is #4 and #12 for #1. Also, lets not forget that we have to get a player in return. This has not been discussed yet. Cleveland is likely considering getting Lebron in the offseason and a line up of Irving-Afflalo-Lebron-Varejao/Bennett/Embiid will be pretty decent I expect for them to offer a combination of waiters and Zeller and #1 for #4, #12 Afflalo. It needs to work moneywise. The details of a deal are never discussed fully to the media. Maybe just maybe a line up like this: Oladipo/Collison?/jameer Waiters/oladipo Wiggins or Parker/Harkless Harris/Zeller Vuc/Oquinn That been said, I still think we should keep #4 and deal Afflalo and #12 for #8 to get Smart and Gordon or stay put and deal Afflalo after the draft. I want to start a new topic regarding the FIBA world cup in SPAIN! August of 2014. 2 potential magic players playing. Of course, pending Draft and Trades prior tournament. There is a good change that we are moving down to either 5th or 6th. Not sure what will be the reason but if they like Smart that much, I see this happening. Maybe future first or late 1st round picks.

I truly hope we don't trade him. During the off season. I think this tournament will likely help him tremendously. He j's still young and raw. Plenty of room to improve. There is not doubt in my mind that he will become a very good SF in the nba. The pairing of Exum, oladipo and Mo should be interesting to say the least.

Im "OK" with Lee as a PF. It is the contract that bothers me. I dont see us giving anything valuable for him. I expect Golden State to give us something of value in return but this likely will require a 3rd team. I honestly think that Boozer is a very similar player with great attitude and leadership at a very less expense. Boozer will likely be amnestizy and we can pick him up for cheap if we are really looking for veteran leadearship. Golden State and Chicago are both playing for Carmelo or Love. They are trying to clear out room. This will not come cheap. We are in a very good position to absorb any of this two contracts as long there is something in return. I see GS giving us future first round and 2nd rounds. Chicago will likely offer this year 1st and 2nd. I will love Taj Gibson from the Bulls. Am I the only one that like this kid more as a result of this? Smart seems to be a very passionate guy and that is something we need here. Clearly he is a leader and wil do anything to compete. THe fan apparently told him "go back to africa" and honestly the push was well deserved.

Sure... Oladipo is a decent player with PG skills but not a guy that should be compared to Westbrook. Don't understand why people continues to compare him with him. He is athletic but not at the level of Westbrook. Kemba and knight seems to be better comparison for him and this should be ok. But, I just dont see him playing PG for long. Hopefully, he can be a good hybrid player as the likes of Wade, stuckey, billlups etc.. Now..if we are going to still compare him to current PG's, then we should bring his potential slightly lower than Westbrook. Hence, the Kemba and knight comparisons which still decent enough for me.

Olivier is a decent pick for our late first only if Exum or Smart are not available for our first pick. My only concern with this kid is that he is a shoot first PG. He might be ablet to transition into a pass first PG as he posses the skills. He has a decent defend and size for the position. He is only averaging 3 assists per game.

I dont even think westbrook is even a top 5 PG in this league right now.. and Oladipo surely will not be there in 3 years. We should stop comparing Oladipo to westbrook and maybe start comparing him with the likes of kemba walker and brandon knight.
