You can see that he allow Derozan go to the baseline needing another player to help him creating the wide open 3 point shot that allowed Toronto to win. With Ibaka there, im sure Derozan wouldnt be able to create giving the magic an extra win.

Im not sure if the Nets can afford Fournier to a max anymore. How many more teams have room for a max player? It is looking good for the magic if role llayers keep getting paid like that!

That trade didnt provided Ibaka. If you are saying that because Ely was involved then I dont agree. We could easely used other pieces like Napier or CJ. That trade happened before the Meeks trade. I think we cant say much about the Harris trade until we see more of Gordon and Mario. The trade was more to free up more Playing time for those two players plus also the cap room which we are still working on hopefully getting a max player soon.

I dont think anyone will throw any offer to Fournier knowing we likely match. If am not mistaken, That offer will put a hold on the team cap while we take our time thinking whether we want to match or not making that team likely miss on other possible UFA signings.

Well.. He is not playing much of a role now in our system. He will be playing less minutes and his number likely will go down. Hence his trade value. Dont get me wrong, i like him and still think his value is high but he is the only tradeable piece in our team that can bring value back. I dont think we need to trade him now. But definetley this season.

Yes. Not sure if we can trade him now due to last year injury concern and current value in the league. Im sure we will explore that option during the trade deadline.
