Great 3rd quarter run that started the second Mo replaced Khem. I hate our starting lineup right now and something has to give with this rotation. The center minutes should all go to Bamba/Carter and Birch should be the backup 4

From what I gather every year we don’t get the pick the protections get a little worse until it’s eventually unprotected. We’ll still get both picks, but due to the stepien rule, one being delayed delays the other pick as well because teams can’t trade their own first round pick in back to back seasons.

Both picks are only top 4 protected, right?

I’m curious how the rotation will look if/when Ross and Harris get back. I’d assume a 10 man of Anthony/Ross/Porter/Okeke/Carter MCW/Harris/Ennis/Birch/Bamba with garbage time minutes to RJ/Bacon/Randle/Mane Even though I’d rather see RJ get minutes over MCW or Ennis, I just can’t see Clifford doing it

If Michael Carter-Williams was still trying to be a point guard, he wouldn’t be in the nba anymore. He’s only playing point for us out of necessity, he’s much more of a 2/3. It’s how he remade himself in to a player you actually want on your team.

Fun game, most I've enjoyed a game in years despite the loss. Mo should’ve finished up the game, he earned it, but Wendell is great at rim pro and getting to the line. Loved what I saw out of RJ... would’ve been sweet to see Otto send it to OT, so close! It’s gonna get real fun when Cole and T get back and take Bacon and Randle/MCW minutes... we might win a couple more games than we expected once we get through this brutal stretch

It’s gonna be real fun watching Bamba and Carter compete for who deserves to be the future 5 and a contract extension, with both of them going in to the last year of their rookie deals next year. They’ve also both been unimpressive enough to not demand a huge second contract and I think both still have a ton of potential

Our pick get one of Cade, Green, Mobley with the Bulls pick Bouknight, Moody, Barnes, or whoever falls

The nba rules are more toward player and their decisions off the court more than anything else. Maybe Evan went to a palace or party he shouldn’t have? Don’t want to accuse, it’s all speculation at the moment

Looks like Evan is in the health and safety protocols for potential Covid exposure in Boston, so his debut is kind of up in the air

I think Ennis and Birch probably start as well, and I also have an outside fear of Otto starting at the 4 and Clifford running an all vet starting 5: MCW/Ross/Ennis/Otto/Birch I think the Ross super 6th man mandate is gone, and hopefully we made all these moves under the understanding the kids need to play, but I don’t buy it.

Once they pass their physicals the trades are final and they all should all be good to play, so it really just comes down to situational coaching decisions. From what I’m hearing about Fournier, he should be able to go tonight, haven’t heard about Vooch but I assume the same. I’m in Denver and Aaron just did his welcome press conference, I fully expect him to suit up tomorrow. All 3 teams are playing for seeding so I expect them to play ASAP. As for us, David Steele said last night he expects all the new guys to be available tomorrow night in LA

Yeah, my biggest fears are Bacon over Hampton and Birch getting the backup 5 minutes over Bamba while Otto and Chuma split up the 4 minutes. I’m also excited about adding a guy like G$ to the locker room full of kids. He’s from all accounts a great vet and he’s only like 26
