My only comment on Isaac is that the player that he was 2.5 years ago last time he played an NBA game means nothing. He’s got more to prove than anybody on the team and his minutes need to be earned back.

This is an unfair comparison. Oladipo went on to Indiana and was an all star before getting hurt while Fournier was at least young and also had potential, and is like our only player we’ve had in the past decade that can shoot. Birch was a 27 year old role player journeyman with us, while Bamba was a 22 year old kid that we didn’t know what we had. Now we know Bamba sucks, but that’s revisionist history. Moving on from Khem was and still is the right move at the time.

Needed to clear up minutes to see if Bamba was any good.

Don’t know where you got these lineups from, but JI isn’t a GTD. Same with all the other ones listed that way. Starting 5 same as last night, Fultz/Wagners/Paolo/Bol

The big issue right now is WCJ is hurt and we don’t have a 2nd center on the roster. Bol has been starting at the 5 but he’s not strong enough and he’s not a good rebounder. Honestly Bol probably projects as a 3 in the league. Mo Bamba has also been hurt, but when he’s played he’s been awful this year. Ready to move on from him. We should’ve last season. Happy to see Markelle and Cole already playing more minutes, I was nervous they were going to keep the kid gloves on so glad to see they didn’t. It just sucks that for whatever reason, we’re never healthy. Get Markelle and Cole back, lose Wendell and Jalen. It’s a brutal combination of having a med staff that is incompetent and has been for years, and having a roster of injury prone players.

Hard to justify Moe Wagner getting 12 field goal attempts. Especially when Bol gets 3 and Kelle gets 9. Another game that was over well before the 4th quarter. I’m so bummed out we didn’t make a move for Donovan.

The last 60 games are gonna tell a big story. I’m curious to see how long the minutes restriction lasts on Markelle. Also if we don’t get WCJ back soon we’re in huge trouble

Yeah, multiple people have said it and they’re all right. He might not be our best player but Wendell is by far our most important player. We can’t rebound or defend without him.
