    Tobias Harris Nickname

Automatically, his short nick name is Tobe. Django (Is my hero name for Tobe) Unchained from Milwaukee Remember, the "D" is silent. Toby is also from the movie roots, so I think this is the most fitting. The fact he was freed from captivity is just awesome. I think I will photo shop some Cuts from the movie. You heard it first from me.

    NBA Offseason 2013 Thread

The difference is the big trade, we made over the summer; in addition to the smart moves Rob made afters. Getting Vooch, Harkless, and Harris, will speed up our growth process. Plus we will get a good player in the coming draft and two in 2014. Do not forget about the injuries we had this season: Arron, Baby, Harrington, and Nelson. If these players are kept or get traded, it also adds more to the coming season. Our record will be better next year with a line up of: Vooch/Quin Baby/Drew Harris/Harkless Aaron/Moore Burke/Nelson Baby is the heart and soul to our defense and toughness. He also brings leadership. Keeping Baby will be the key to wins and loses next year. If we keep baby we win more games If we trade baby we tank

I would not mind baby staying... Dont know why so may want him to leave. If it is just about the tank trade him, but if we are trying to win down the road, he provides the winning qualities.

smart returning back to school.... wow.... how smart is that move? http://m.espn.go.com/ncb/story?storyId=9180848 He will not go top 5 next year and next year will be one of the best drafts of all time. most players projected to got top 3 come out because there is so much to lose; money wise and risk of injury.

If we could get him for 3 mil or less. I would take him for an energy guy off the bench. I am not saying to brake the bank on any player in free agency this year. I want to save the money for a young core player like vooch and Tobe. Nelson could groom the new guy but at his cost (8.6 mil) It is cheaper to have Udrih do the training. Plus, nelson contract has value next year because of the team option. I can see us trading him for a pick or young talent; like jj.

    NBA Offseason 2013 Thread

I say we keep the team we have and continue the development process. we dont want to win big until after next year and we want to save money for our young talent and core players: Harris, Nick, Harkless and etc. I see us maybe trading a vet like nelson; if we draft smart. I would not be suprised if we resigned udrih at that point. Small moves for young fa players like Tyler Hansbrough and Gerald Henderson can happen but only for reasonable contracts. I think injuries mostly played a big factor in our bad record. That said, keeping vets like aa and baby may hurt the tank. Young Henni heart almost stop with our early record. I think Henni secretly plotted to get our vets to the injury list. jk

    Moe Harkless

I saw tobe more as Shawn Marion. He can play both pf and sf.

    Big Baby

AA and Baby are actually on reasonable contracts. I dont think it will be hard to trade them. The problem will be taking back salaries.

    Milwaukee's Pain

Poem: Orlando's Terror 12 From the dwightmare, Falls his cape in the hole of a city; Drifting to the feet of a boy What happened to the boy and the city after their rejection? They cultivated a power in the mist of broken soul! At the crevice of a city lies blood on a boy what once was created a sorrowful joy In a borough of terror And in this era, A boy and that city remembers that knife... in their heart so that boy embraces their colors; With a terror filled mask and the cloth of a dead man Look and marvel, there's a dead man coming That power of the undead city whispers In the mist of broken hearts In the fabric of... what once was There it is... That glimmer... of hope, That marvel... and wonder, A dead man cometh from the swamp From that crater of their hurt that borough that seemingly bottomless pit climbs a jersey of dirt and hurt blood , sweat, and tears, fit a boy now revered A city nourishes there vengeance reborn
  16. Smart is going to produce. He effects the game in too many ways not to have an impact. The question is how big of an impact and at what position? Is he fast enough for pg?
  17. Smarts's new scouting video came out this last week, so I wanted to hear the thoughts of the board; solely on him as top runner prospect (seemingly) for O Town. Based on the draft thread, he seems high on every ones list. So what do you think of Marcus Smart? Current Magic Fit Smart/Nelson/Udrih AA/Moore/Lamb Harkless/Harris/Jones Baby/Nicholson/Harrington Nick/Quinn Scouting Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eclOw60dITg Is Marcus Smart the Most Exciting Player in College Hoops? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2lr2r2fx_s Here is a nice article comparing Smart: Marcus Smart compares to Dwyane Wade, James Harden, Tyreke Evans Using the incredibly awesome Play Index over at College Basketball Reference, I ran a report to find out how many freshmen have achieved this stat line or better since 1999, the earliest season available in the Play Index: 14 points/game (Smart averages 15.0) 5 rebounds/game (Smart averages 5.8) 3 assists/game (Smart averages 4.5) 2 steals/game (Smart averages 2.9) You have to achieve all of those things in your freshman year to be on this list. Guess how many guys have done that in the last 15 seasons of college basketball? Five. You may have heard of these guys: Dwyane Wade, James Harden, Tyreke Evans, and Caron Butler Read Article Here New Smart Video: March 2013
  18. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1563358-marcus-smart-nba-draft-2013-pro-player-comparison I was also comparing smart to M. Westbrook. Smart is bigger, stronger, and a better leader, but westbrook is much faster and explosive. I think smart will become a better passer than westbrook; mostly because he is a lot less selfish. I cant wait to see how we select this year.

    +/- Rule

it does show game impact. How things shift when your in the game. One thing to note, it does hurt if your on the court with bench players verses starters or when your in the game when the other teams impact players are there as well.

    Dwight's apologies???

no body knows but its provocative
  24. I agree with Oladipo and smart. I would also add Otto. Iverson was a great player. I would take him in a heart beat. He was a two way player, clutch, and unstoppable. His teammates were not scorers or shoots, so that hurt him in making them better and his shooting percentage.
