Right guys here is a question for you. This season we was meant to be fighting for a playoff spot. Some might say we have but I disagree. With say 15-20 games remaining we was well and truly out of the playoffs that to me is complete failure. Whose head does this fall upon? To me and I'm trying to think logical it falls upon Skiles mainly. If he is not Robs guy like we all are assuming do you think Rob may lobby to higher management to remove Skiles in the summer? I honestly do not like the idea of Skiles having a major input on who we sign and who we trade/let go. This is going to be very very interesting.

Me saying given EP, Mario and AG all the minutes they can handle for their development is not over reacting. The whole point of the Tobias trade was to open up mins and for the summer...

Regardless he should be giving Payton. Gordon, Mario all the mins they can handle. End of. Season is all but done. Let them play.

Right the rest of the season should literally be about player development. Gordon and Mario need to be given all the minutes they can handle. Skiles stop the bull**** with playing Ersan over Gordon. Playoffs are gone. We all know that. Honestly.. We traded Tobias and Frye for more minutes for Gordon and Mario but yet all I've seen is Mario with sporadic mins and AG playing 20+ it's actually *****ing annoying now

I certainly agree.

The January meltdown killed our season. Even if we nicked another 2-3 games we'd still be right in the hunt for the 8th spot. Next season I expect and I think we all demand playoffs

Big game tonight regarding playoffs. Although I half feel that the shipped has sailed regarding making the playoffs until it's impossible the players should be trying their upmost to do so. Our next 4 are all winnable games. @ Lakers @ Kings @ Blazers Vs Denver If we can win all 4 we would be right back in the mix maybe even 3-1 could be decent also. Hoping last nights loss doesn't have an adverse effect on them.

I don't think Robs vision and Skiles vision are the same. Rob has created a roster that does not fit for Skiles and his oldskool ways

Yeah I'd rather cut our losses. I don't think Rob and Skiles are NOT on the same page personally. It's abit harsh but I'd like Skiles to go this summer.
