And we need a team leader like Draymon (sp) Green or LeBron. . .someone who is vocal and tries to fire the team up. It seems like the guys on the magic are choir boys, if you get what I'm trying to say.

I think the Magic went away from what worked well at the beginning of the season when we were winning games. Iwandu (sp) was in the starting line up at small forward with JI coming off the bench. That's not a knock on JI, but it worked well with him coming in with the second unit.

I don't understand why the Magic struggles with lay ups. They have a problem finishing at the basket as though to avoid contact.
