Your boy had he highest plus/minus on the Blazers last night in 15 minutes. I hate the New NBA sometimes where teams live or die on the 3 point shot. I'm glad the Magic won but if Portland had used Nurkic inside more and let Sharpe drive to the basket it might have been different. If teams are built around 3 point shooting they will keep shooting until they have 35-40 attempts. They basically lost because Lillard missed all those shots. It was a good game but i still miss the old days where teams shot about twenty 3's a game.

I think if the magic hadn't gone away from paolo, i think he would have dropped 25 instead of 19. Also the refs were not calling fouls the same - though they did let the teams play physical.

Can we talk too about the team defense? Not good at all for 85%-90% of the whole season.

Sometimes I wonder if it's the players or the coaches schemes that makes this team one of the worst defensively teams in the league.

Who is the main defensive coach, do you know?

How many coaches do we have and their roles, do you know?

what happened to the days of coach and Asst Coach and that was all... now we have C, AssC, OffC, DefC, S&C Coach, Practice Coach....

I'm really quite off about rumours and this staff, so I had no idea, but yes, the price is the point, especially as you indicated his lack of game played season after season... would be a great fit on our Magic just for that! :D

I dont want another middling 3pt shooter on the team... as it stands he is career 36.9% with 2 - 39% from 3 years and a 33 and 34% years... He is right on the cusp of being consistent that he might meet the criteria and worthy of trading. T Ross is a career 36.2% so take that with a grain of salt he was 37.2% avg with Toronto and 34% with us so far

I AGREE ALBERT …STIFF COMPETITION TONIGHT …WHEN YOUR TEAM IS NEAR THE BOTTOM MAKES WINNING GAMES LIKE THIS MUCH MORE FUN TO WATCH AND EXCITING IF YOU CAN GET A DUB ….CLIMBING BACK UP THE LADDER

Lol …wanted to see what it felt like to type like Albert …also wanted to see who’s available to play.

I Wanted to type like TrueMagicFan so i changed my font size from the default size for some reason so now all my posts will look differently compared to the ones above and below, lol. And i cant even figure out how to make it do it automatically so every time i write something i have to manually change the font size.

I dont see how they could hold him out another month, but I do know that you can get an injury waiver if a player has been out for a certain period of time that allows his Contract to not count against the cap. I thought that was like feb when that would kick in.

Does anyone know the info for this? Never mind i found the info disabled player exception

"This exception allows a team which is over the cap to replace a disabled player who will be out for the remainder of that season (it can also be granted in the event of a player's death). This exception is granted by the league, based on an application from the team and a determination by an NBA-designated physician or Fitness to Play panel that the player is substantially more likely than not to be unable to play through the following June 15."

I agree with back to the Magic. I don’t think we will see JI in a game for a few more weeks, if ever.

Very much so, but people are so burnt out on Covid news that we may end up having another wave. I hope we don’t, and I think it has now crossed from pandemic into endemic, with less deadly versions coming in yearly cycles.

I just meant that now that its proven the Vac doesn't protect you from getting it, then its still the same thing as the flu or any other thing that doesn't put someone on the League Health and Safety protocols, so i was actually commenting that they still as the NBA are doing this not that covid is still a thing.

This man famously didn't think Luka Doncic was a top 10 pick and spent all draft cycle trashing him. Possibly not the best judge of talent around.

yeaah i was sure luka was a top 3, i was hoping we would get the #2 pick as AYTON was a lock for #1... I was hoping we would trade up to 2 or 3 for him.
