You know somewhere like the Alehouse where food is cheap and TV's are a plenty!! who wants to head this one up??I vote we save it for the first playoff game... considering we will be on the road so everyone who would want to come can. Alehouse is a great idea... they usually have pretty good beer deals (for some reason that is what I care about most). I think it could be fun... fill the place with a bunch of Magic fans... But for it to be good we would need a handful to actually show up. Perhaps start a separate thread and get a discussion going? Maybe a sticky by the Mods?
Sure thing lets start a seperate post with the info? and which alehouse the one on sandlake or on 436?

you sure were nursin that drink emory!!

OMG Jameer drives under the basket and draws the defense out of position and doesnt pass it to dwight who is WIDE OPEN WAVING his hands under the basket!!!..... then shotts a horrible three point shot!!!!
-
Jameer got us close but hes killed us the last 5 plays!!! why is he running iso's for himself??

true that marc but my point was tha watching the second unit mop up was like watching a re-run of the past 70 games. Thats what caught my attention

Cmon be real no one in high school can bench 230x5=1150 pounds...
my bad bench 230pounds 5 times... hell thats about normal that senior kid will probably never bench more then 275 in his life anyways.. im not afraid to say ive never done over 200

They maybe had one, ONE, starting caliber player last night in Mo Williams ... and even he wasn't a starter until this year. Plus, Jameer was matched up with an elf (Boykins). I want to see Jameer (and this team) play well against a decent/good team. Besides his turnover and shot selection problems this year, Jameer has terribly struggled defending decent pgs all year ... he is way undersized. Before we jump for joy and hand Jameer the reins, let's wait and see how he plays against solid NBA competition.right, but the point is the willingness he showed to do the things I mentioned. He could have gotten 25 shots up over Boykins and the "awful" Bucks team defense, but he chose not to. That is what I'm talking about.
Soul Bro what about the other 12 games this season against really awful teams where jameer played?? He was horrible in those also.
I f he played like last night in those other 12 we would be way over .500

I didnt want to post this in the GAme Thread because even though it happened during the game.
MAn if you watched the game there was massive ballmovement not only from the team but specifically from jameer 12pt and 9 ASSISTS! He practically sat the 4th period. But anyways its the first game this season that someone has had more then 8 assists. 76 games it took to do that feat.
Now about the 2nd unit the had Arroyo, Ariza, Bogans, Redick & outlaw. They played the last 10 minutes the way we have played all year. Each one making his own ISO or shot. neither one really involving the other teammates. I really hope the starters on the bench were watching and seeing what has going wrong.
ANyways i wanted to post this becasue its more about the final 9 man rotation implemented vs let everyone play rotation.

ahhh how about throwing in a few second round draft picks?? and maybe moving hedo with him? we only have to match salary within 25% so that would mean on andres 8.1 milion salary we only need to make up to 6 million... 1.8 for jameer right? and hedo is 5 or 4 wouldnt that cover it?

Is Brian telling Jameer to take the shots or is Jameer taking matters into his own hands and ignoring instructions like he did in the Celtics game?
Anyway, Denton is adamant about getting a "new" point guard over the summer. Looks like Jameer could be on the trading block. I know we've bandied about who we could get.
I just don't see who or how we can get another one(point guard).
Otis ain't gonna get no sleep this summer.
Jameer Nelson For andre miller??? man that would be awesome!!!
Has anyone else noticed that when someone sets a pick for jameer he almost never goes around it.... doesnt that not make sense??

you suck!!!! lol

well then sign me up, i think i can handle all that pressure and then some. I would love to be able to spend long weeks on the road!

Rock Chalk would you be having a poll for who it would be? And would they're views whether positive or negative be allowed? Would they're articles be allowed as is or would they have to be submitted to someone else for review?
Also lets say this idea is a go, however the logistics are set up. Would we be able to submit articles, topics or info for they're perusal (obviously submitting any info, or articles would give up a persons copyright)
Just a thought.... and i really dig this dudes post above mines idea.

JJ had 9 minutes and 3 assists..
Jameer 41 minutes and 4 assists

Not to mention that dead eye from three and he isn't even used to this distance yet. I see his confidence and I love it. He checks into the game and starts shooting. I admire his desire and patience to work through Brian's thoughtless substitutions. Great job JJ!! He feels our love when he checks in. He has said it in numerous interviews.
So was Mike Miller... He is so comparable to JJ its scary, and we traded him away.

This post doesnt make sense to me...the other day the word from managemenet is that they want to make the playoffs so there guys get valuable experiance no matter who they play... they specifically mention by name Jameer, Howard, JJ and Darko...
How are you testing your playoff rotation when 2 of those player are hardly playing??
