FANS GAME THREAD - Magic @ Spurs - Nov. 21st

Foyle, is a complete disaster. We need Battie before playoffs, so badly. Battie's D > Foyle's. Batties Shot > Foyle. Legit game though, we just got out of a big trade, the guys need some time with the new guys and maybe things will look better. -

Shooting 60% and not blowing them away? Sigh, we need to keep the ball out of there hands. -

Great thread, I've wanted to discuss this a bit, although i did in the other thread. But, yes Hedo has improved his game this year with a nice consistent touch and it is really quite pleasing to see, although i still get the chills when he drives to the basket, thats when the flashbacks of last years turnovers come in. But, in the light of things Hedo has been a very good helping hand this year and has satisfied me with his play thus far, and also he is not launching up every ball he gets, hes learning to dish it a bit now, because he knows after looking at last years season stat sheet on FG's taken, they were much higher then they should have been. Good thread. Get more thoughts coming through hopefully. Oh, and on the GHill subject, and his terrible virus that he brought upon Orlando, and possibly Hedo, I don't think it had anything to do with GHill, I thought it was a matter of taking just flat out bad, and ill advised shots from Hedo most of last year.

how does this start compare to last years?
The Ryan Anderbads replied to threedee's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
There is a different feel to this year, although i felt good about last years start, but I think the difference to this start THIS year, compared to last year is that HEDO, a guy I don't give much props to is playing CONSISTENT----DARE I say that word with Hedo in the same sentence, sigh. I think compared to last year Hedo was lights out one game and then a JV player the next, so far he has brought a decent performance to every game and has hit some big shots, and another thing is hes kept his turnovers down quite a bit, this is what i think beyond SVG and Rashard, is what has helped win games this season, and of course, D12 being even bigger and better then the seasons before. -
SVG shops at the mens warehouse.......

Lol. I wonder if thats an argument between SVG and him, " I look better than you ", hit me with a link if you find it. -
SVG shops at the mens warehouse.......
The Ryan Anderbads replied to Fern1960's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
I would be surprised if it was even from Mens Warehouse. You can just look at SVG's facial hair and you know that hes behind on his fashion, its more of a possibility that he borrowed it. All SVG has in his closet is gym shorts and a whistle, he coaches shirtless. Much love though because he puts his heart and soul into his team, thats all he needs, lol. -
Interesting article, my personal opinion on Rashard is that he has been well worth the money, and as long as he stays CONSISTENT throughout the season, unlike our buddy HEDO, he will have been worth it, and maybe even a conf championship?

Anymore Jameer Doubters out there?
The Ryan Anderbads replied to ThisIsTheYear's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
Much love for Jameer here as well, hes really stepping up his effort every game and most importantly, understanding his role as the leader and point guard of this team, distributing the ball to the key players who can change the game, and yes, keep his opponent guessing at what hes going to do, and for his defense, its improving but we all know the taller point guards he will have trouble with throughout the seasons. -
I can say i fit in this "old fan, new member category as well" I've been a avid fan since birth but a hardcore fan for about 6 years now.

Jameer, "if you don't get on the wagon now, don't bother getting on later"!
The Ryan Anderbads replied to ball junkie's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
All of the Jameer doubters are definitely starting to turn the other way now, Jameer is a premier ball handler and controls his opponent facing him so well that he can almost drive at will with the way he plays, I've been watching him since his early days at Saint Jo's, and now it looks like hes back in college again =). GO JAMEER! KEEP THE WAGON ROLLIN. -
I'm so glad this post was brought up, D12 is THE most talented/potential player in the NBA right now i think, he has the absolute ability to dominate this league with Ewing teaching his ways day by day, if he doesn't grab MVP this season, ill be upset, but we all know there is many more years to come with this 21 year old phenomenon. Oh, and yes we should be chanting MVP MVP MVP! At every game from here on out! GIVE D12 SOME LOVE.

Free Dunkin' Donuts after every Magic Win! Seriously!!
The Ryan Anderbads replied to ball junkie's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
Wow! This is truly amazing, i live literally a block away from a D&D. AMAZING! -
Congrats, and may he continue this road of insane numbers at 21, and then, he will receive recognition I'm sure, but WELL DONE.

Yes yes, Dwight's attitude throughout the game was a great thing to watch, and i love seeing that fire come out in him, man who saw him hit that long jumper!!! He walked back and gave a laugh like he stole a FG for us. Maybe longest FG of his career? Too funny.

Augustine playing time for the season. NOT anyone game.....
The Ryan Anderbads replied to CoachTsurfing's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
I think Auggy brings more to the table then Foyle, SVG should start considering more time for him in my honest opinion. If he becomes like a Za Za Pachulia, man we could use that boost, simply because he would keep the energy going when were putting the stompin' down on these teams by 15+ points, and i think thats a valid point that him and Jameer with that pick and roll will be easy money.
