He just doesn't have their IQ. However, I'm not sold on Otis being able to find anything better at the PF spot. Bass is still only 26 so he still has time on his side but hes going to have do a much better job in a variety of ways for us to succeed.

If there's any change needed to be made its the personnel and possibly the GM. Take a look at teams that win. They build around the coach's style and while Otis has kept us competitive, he goes every year filling holes while making new ones with guys who are fools gold and players he's comfortable with in his past who really don't fit with Stan's system.

-Find an athletic 3 who can defend and won't be a black hole and serviceable on offense. Let Hedo come off the bench. -Find a PF thats long, athletic enough, that defends, can score when needed. -Try to land Deron. Maybe resign JRich. -Resign and continue to develop Clark. -Find a vet big to backup Dwight. -Hopefully Arenas will drop a year or 2 off his contract but doubt that.

Watching it on TV, you couldn't hear any chants. They can be much louder. Bass needs to work on a lot of things but its probably unrealistic to expect anything else from him.

I agree about the MVP chants. Why isn't the crowd at the game chanting for Dwight? Its really ridiculous.

Bass has got to be the worse rebounding PF in the game. Hedo hasn't looked good in weeks.

Hedo (as well as some others) defending with his arms down at his side. We're not boxing out. Poor defensive stances.

There were some plays where guys were wide open and he ignored them. My gripe though is defense. The team as an whole is playing uninspiring defense.

This is the first game in a long time where I question Dwight. He's needs to stop holding on the ball for so long. If its not there pass it out and reposition or look for the open man. Magic lose 110-98 because of the 110 part. I get your what your saying...Dwight at some point needs to have a mid range shot to prolong his career as a consistent offensive force. What I'm saying is we are not at the point to where we need pull Dwight away from the paint.
