I think D'Antoni has had an unfair wrap but I'd rather have someone else. That someone eehhhh we have a couple years so who knows. Either way I think Skiles is exactly what this team needs at this point. Maybe he grows with the team and doesnt end up leaving(getting fired) at all.

I'm pretty sure when people say such and such are off limits its in the sense of reality. Obviously everyone would be willing to give up everyone for Durant buts its not realistic. I don't think it's being thrown out as literal as you're taking it.

While Frye may be respected and a veteran Im pretty sure you know what I meant by that. He is essentially no more than Jason Smith in the huddle. Maybe my choice of words were poor but what I meant was a veteran leader who could guide our young players in crunch time vocally and/or on the court. Every winning team has a guy like that. Someone with some grit and character. A little attitude. Also it is important for the coach to keep the team prepared and focused but a player usually reaches the other players in a different way. This squad has no leader that has been there and done that including Skiles for the most part.

It's worth the watch...Just be prepared for the terrible 4th QT and not so great OT. I think we were able to learn a bit more about our team and its future.

DVR'd the game and just finished. I dont think Ive ever yelled so much in a loss in my life. Boy that was rough. Very Very happy with Dipo though. Glad he is showing out right now. Kemba is a complete and utter monster. Dude scores pretty effortlessly for his size. Trying to do my best to no overreact so with that said I would say this game was a net positive. Some fixable mistakes would of allowed this game to become a blowout. I still would love a respected winning veteran to come in to keep the guys in the right mind during tight situations.

Not a fan of Love as a #1 option and I'd also rather trade Fournier 1st then Harris. Dipo Gordon and Mario would be my off limit guys.

I believe there are moves to be made that would result in a net positive for us. Many times teams part with players we had no idea were available. Making a move now or soon doesn't mean panic. There is something out there for us its just a matter of if Jenny takes it or continues to go with the guys we currently have.

Can I use the sample size argument here? We are a little over 40 something games into the season. Not to mention even with this minimal decline they are still better than anyone on our team and will be better next year as well. Players like Paul may be better than our players for the next 3 years. We are going to have to give something up eventually. We can't just keep waiting, being young, and perennial 6 seeds. Brooklyn brought over 213892389 old guys I'm speaking of bringing in one two maybe. I'm also not a fan of giving up the farm for the sake of having old winners on the team. I'm not looking to cut corners. I'm looking for a player who is better than our current players who can provide leadership on the court during games and practices that knows how to win. That player will provide what our current roster cannot. We don't need more Jason Smith's. We need more than that.

This is exactly what I'm saying.
