I understand, but some of them seem like lack of awareness. It is an issue every game where we give up a couple that we should not, while we don’t get many in return.

We have the third most assists per game this season and the third most expected assists. Not bad for being without our 1 and 2 PGs for a couple games. -

I mean it could happen, right? It probably says something that I think this is less doable than beating Denver in Denver on a back to back without an adequate point guard. Fivethirtyeight gives us a 10% chance, and I think that might be high. -

He'll be here until the end of the year unless he is packaged in a deal as a matching salary. without next year and RFA status which would help another team keep him, there is really no reason for another team to trade for him. We will likely continue to play him as we have- don't expect anything from him though, in play or trade.

That's what I was thinking too. Watching him, he looked a little tentative out there at times (I don't think his hamstring is 100% yet), yet he still had a positive influence on the game. It will be interesting to see what aggressive Payton looks like this year and how often he will lapse into bad Payton.

Pretty good, still looks a little rough in some areas, but he is getting in the paint and passing the ball around. 11 points 6 rebounds 10 assists 2 steals one block, only two turnovers. Man, he is looking goooood.
