He'll command at least 10+ mil, he's an RFA so it'll probably take something big to stop Pistons from matching. Plus he's more of a center than a PF to me and we already have Vuc.

Apparently there is a mutual interest with him and Marion and the Heat. Obviously most moves depend on where the big FA's go though. Doubt they'll want those 2 without Lebron and Bosh.

Don't understand why we'd be interested in Booker. Guy isn't really old enough to add vet experience, isn't a shooter and is an undersized 4 who brings nothing that Aaron, Nicholson, Tobias and Kyle don't already provide. Livingston I think would make a great starting guard to bridge the gap between Nelson and Payton being ready to start but again he's not a 3 point threat either and I don't think there's much chance we get him with all those contenders looking for good backup guards. All these names that have been thrown out there it feels like are just to make us think we're doing something in free agency. I don't expect any of the 4 guys (Monroe, Stuckey, Booker, Livingston) we're reportedly interested in (so far) to sign with us. It does seem like there are a lot of teams out who don't have the cap room looking at big name FA's though. This must be where we're planning to reap the benefits of our cap room.

Yea I noticed he doesn't box out... That needs to get fixed. In a pre-draft interview he said he's aligned his 3 point shot, shot off the dribble and FT shot into all one motion whereas before he felt like he had 3 separate shots and he said that has really helped him. Obviously take that with a grain of salt since we've never seen it in game.

Parsons and Bledsoe? Thats a combined 24+ million dollars a year probably. I'll pass on that personally. Nothing against either of them but that doesn't seem like sound planning to me considering we'll be needing to re-up our young guys soon.

Green is supposedly a good locker room guy. I'd be surprised if he sees the court all too often, probably be like Maxiell last year. Unless of course the Magic really want to tank for Jahlil Okafor.

Hope we make him an assistant coach when he retires. Want him back with this organisation as soon as possible. While he's still playing I hope he goes anywhere but Miami and wins a ring.

No news on McAdoo, Carson is playing for the Rockets in SL. Honestly I wanted nothing to do with him, guy is extremely talented and going into his sophmore year I thought he'd be a top 20 draft pick but word is he has a seriously bad attitude and Arizona State couldn't wait to get rid of him, plus he didn't really improve all that much from his 1st year.

Yea I agree with this. If Nicholson can get back down on the block more often and score 10 efficient points a night (while only taking the occasional open jump shot) off the bench I'd be happy to keep him around for quite a while. We have plenty of defense and rebounding, I don't really have a problem with a guy coming off the bench just to score. EDIT: It's entirely possible that having Nicholson take every open 3 available was a tanking strategy anyway.

Nicholson will last until the end of his rookie deal at least.

Seth Curry will also play on our SL team. Seems like we're looking at a lot of guards and shooters. Probably looking for a 3rd PG and a just some shooting to add to the bench.

I like either Caron Butler or Francisco Garcia as cheap vets who provide shooting and experience.
