Hill's inconsistence....the constant

Recommended Posts

I don't know if I make my self clear for the name of my topic, but making an assessment of the whole season, I've come to the conclution that the real reason for our lack of success this season has been the fear of change. Hill is at least as a coach afraid to change lineups when needed, shake his playbook up, and those sort of things.

We have been stuck with the same starting lineups from day 1, and has produced a 33 win season so far. The only radical changes we had made have ocurred in the bench, but in my overall view detriment one. Trevor got in the rotation during the latter part of the first half of the season. JJ comes and goes as B. Hill wants, Darko is in and out, but of his mind. Bogans is no longer wanted and Carlos love and hate relationship, I just dont know.

A teams chemistry is not made of who starts and finishes, but the role that you give to each player. But whe you have a coaching staff that changes each players role from game to game and expects good things to happen, thats a trademark of a losing team with no direction.

You dont have to be an expert to see that we have a lot of talent and we are way better team that the standings show, its just a matter of letting the ego go and use our players to their fullest potential, and not to search for answers when the personel works for your systems, because is easier to andjust a system that works for players, than adjust a ridiculus system to players.
