If we finish with the worst record we have a 46.5% chance at finishing 1 or 2 in the draft.  But we could also win a few games and finish with the fourth worst record and now the odds have us outside the top 4. 

Fultz could be psychologically broken.  Or he could fix himself and turn back into a fantastic pg prospect.

We're doing a thought experiment where Philly decides to offer us fultz for our 2018 pick top 2 protected.  (I don't think Philly does this but in this hypothetical they do).

That means if you end up winning the lotto you get fultz and the number 1 pick but it's unprotected in 2019
