Originalticketholder 133 Report post Posted June 29, 2017 Maybe some of the best news from the NBA in Which NBA commish Silver admits Lottery is not working (without actually saying Philly tanked the last four seasons he inferred it strongly), admits the age requirement (being able to come into the NBA at age 19) is not working for players or owners or colleges (change will be coming sooner rather than later. His preference is 20 years old, players union in no age requirement at all. Either way I think the NBA wins. Finally he inferred the issue of resting players needs to be addressed. I commend the commish, Silver, for having the courage to speak about these sensitive issues but ones that need to be addressed.
