They played an excellent game all the way till they had 103 points. At that time the "refs" dismantled our offense and defense and at that point the team was dysfunctional. They played a great game for roughly 41 minutes and looked a lot like they did earlier in the season. If we ever manage to play a game with an honest officiating crew we will play the best ball you have seen here in several years. Keep in mind, Toronto outscored us at the free throw line by 18 points in order to "win" by 3 points, in overtime.

 

 

Part of me hates the ref excuse because every team deals with good and bad calls at pretty much the same rate with the exception of a handful of players that are tough to call.

 

The other part of me loves the ref excuse because it creates an "us against the world mentality" instead of a bunch of threads with mopey posters and hyperbole.

Sometimes the ref excuse is valid. This was not one of those times.
