Wow that went to a dark place. Sorry. I blame the depressing content of the thread. I'm gonna go watch hightlights of tonight's game to cheer me up.

There are a few people on this thread that think that Howard will definately be going for some reason. I for one think Howard knows how much he's got here and realises it could be a helluva lot worse and will stay put.

 

He's a class act and I think winning a championship anywhere else would kinda dilute the feeling a little for him.

 

A good point you make about our viewpoint on things though. Another example I would use is the MVP award, it always goes to a great offensive player and not so much to a great defender. I know there's a seperate award for defending but that doesn't mean a great defensive player like D12 isn't the most valuable player also.

It's also true in Soccer/Football, the worlds greatest player is always an attacking one.
