Question about the Van Gundy Rule

I've been wondering about it, since our second game or so. In the opening night in the Center, Stanley wore a proper shirt and the guys said that it's because of the new rule about coaches' attire.

 

Then onwards, i've seen him several times wearing shirts and others (the majority being like yesterday) with the old and reliable turtleneck.

 

What is the deal with the dress ruling anyway?

 

 

 

ps. well, and while i'm asking: does anybody know if there is a way to listen (ideally watch) the press conference after the games? From what i gather, it's impossible to watch it live during the regular season, but what about the next day? We get it on the website after the home games, but on away games? Is, for example, yesterday's press conference (Stan and whoever players went up) available to us somehow?
