Will Donovan Break the Curse

ok, heres the deal. Since its confirmed that Donovan is a magic coach. The last NCAA Coach to turn pro was Rick Pitino, John Calipari and look what happened to them. College coaches dont fair well with transitioning to the NBA. Can Dononvan break the curse and if he finishes with a below 500 team will it be a failure
