Jameer IS still a big part of this team, and even from the sidelines, I believe had a major impact on our advancing to the Finals.

 

After the game against Boston when Dwight called out Van Gundy, it's been reported that Jameer got in touch with Dwight to find out what was wrong, and talked to Dwight for a few hours to help get his mind right, and get his focus back on the series.

 

Then, we turn it around, handle Boston, and look like an entirely new team than we did in the Philly series, and the first half of the Boston series.

 

That new minded mentality helped us knock off the Celtics, and pretty easily handle the Cavaliers. I think a lot of that credit needs to go to Jameer.
